(13 yrs+) Each week participants will work on poses, breathing, simple meditation, daily functioning skills and movement exercises. Poses can be modified so that practicing yoga is functional for all participants. While the environment may be more quiet at times, participants will have the opportunity to engage in short discussions each week. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a mat and water.
